1. What are the concentric (doughnut) and anchor-shaped breast lift techniques?
Breast lift can be internal, concentric with skin taken off around the nipple areolar complex, lollipop with an additional incision down the breast in a vertical direction, and anchor with an additional incision at the fold.
2. Is the placement of the nipple and areola affected by a breast lift?
Often they are elevated by a breast lift.
3. Where are the incisions made during breast lift surgery?

4. Does breast lift surgery require any prior medical tests?
CBC, sometimes a CMP and an EKG are the prior medical tests required.
5. What does a typical mastopexy consultation entail?
History and physical examination to determine the type of lift needed.
6. Is there a lot of swelling involved with mastopexy?
Usually there is not much swelling.
7. When will I be able to see the results?
When the dressing are removed.
