An Interview With Dr. Ross, A Qualified Plastic Surgeon In Palm Harbor

What should I expect during the surgery?

During the surgery you are sleeping. Our entire team will take great care of you. Don't worry. When the procedure is over you wake up in our recovery room.

Is it possible to increase or decrease my breast size during surgery?

Sure, it's possible to increase or decrease the breat size during a breast lift. I can remove extra breast tissue and skin or just remove skin alone. Of course I can add volume to the breast by placing a breast implant. Fat can now be placed into the breast to give a small increase in size.

How much pain is there?

There is some pain after the procedure. We will make you very comfortable in our recovery room. Our recovery room nurse is specially trained to help you avoid pain and nausea. You will really enjoy the difference in my facility.

How long does breast lift surgery take?

I perform all types of surgery including breat lift surgery. Sometimes this surgery is called mastomexy. The surgery takes about 3 hours to perform. Sometimes a breat implant is placed and this takes a little more time.

Do I have to stay in the hospital?

No. This type of surgery is done in my beautiful clean state-of-the art surgery centre. There is no hospital stay at all. It's all done out patient. It's safe and less chance of infection. Our costs are kept low so the procedure is affordable.

What will happen at the initial consultation ?

The patient will be welcomed into my office by my friendly staff. They are asked to fill out some basic information which can be done in advance on our website, bodyreshaping.com. The wait will be short and the patient is brought into one of our exam rooms. During the consult I will get to know the patient. You can ask questions and bring some along in case you need to refer to notes. The consult will last up to one hour or as needed. We will provide you with fees for any procedure. The consult is free. You will leave my office more informed. It's really a low pressure visit.
